Non-GPOH-Member (participation on 18.19.20. October):      early fee EUR 215,- / late fee EUR 245,- 
Student (participation on 18.19.20. October):EUR 100,-
GPOH-Member (participation on the 18. October ONLY)EUR  50,-
Networking Reception on 19. October 2018handling fee EUR 25,-


What is covered by the registration fee?

•    Access to the scientific sessions
•    Programme and abstract book
•    Certificate of attendance
•    Coffee and lunch breaks

Booking and cancellation conditions

Payment modalities

Payment of Registration fees must be made in EURO (no VAT) by:

•    Bank transfer to the congress account
     Payments should be made without charges to the beneficiary. Any bank charges will be collected on site.
     Clearly  state the participant's name(s), matching with the name(s) on the registration form.
•    Credit Cards
     Visa, Mastercard. We do not accept American Express or Diners Club



The reduced registration fee is only applicable, if it has been paid to the congress account within the according deadlines. Registering without performing an actual payment will automatically set your balance to the fee applicable onsite.  


Confirmation of Registration

You will receive written confirmation of registration by e-mail when the registration form has been received and the payment has been credited to the congress account. Kindly note that payments made within 1 week prior to the congress cannot be confirmed in writing. If you made a bank transfer within this period, it will be essential to bring a proof of payment of your registration fee, when collecting the registration material.


Name changes

Name changes will be treated like the cancellation of one registration and the new registration of another participant. New registration and payment are required.


Cancellations and refunds

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing by email or fax to the congress office. Registration fees may be refunded as follows:

Written cancellation received:
- before July 15, 2018: 75% refund
- between July 16 and August 31, 2018: 25% refund
- after September 01, 2018: no refund

The date of receipt of the email or fax ID will be the basis for considering refunds. Please state your bank details (IBAN, BIC) on your written cancellation. Refunds will be made after the congress.
